Dny połské kułtury

Dny połské kułtury is the name of a festival dedicated to the Polish culture that will be held in the Czech Republic in a couple of weeks. The funny thing is that that name is neither Polish nor Czech. I understand they probably wanted to be funny with the letter ł, which is very representative of the Polish language, but the fact is that there would be no ł in the name. In Polish it would be Dni polskiej kultury or Dni kultury polskiej, with the adjective polskiej before or after the noun kultury, whereas in Czech you would have Dni/Dny polské kultury.
