Although I've been grown up with the word
pititico, it's not in my dictionary, maybe it's too regional or too slangy, I don't know, but what interests me is that it's a diminutive form of the standard
pequeno and just so similar to Catalan/French petit and Spanish petizo. Some concepts and sounds seem to permeate a particular branch of languages. This has always intrigued me.
